I like the exercises but I think the timing is too fast for some of the workouts that are 20-30 reps long. This is easily fixed by just pausing the video and going at your own pace, which is totally fine. However, the only other thing is, I feel as though it'd be easier to follow if the explanation on how to do the exercise went along with the "get ready" part versus hearing the explanation and trying to gather your form while the exercise and timer has already begun. Other than that, well done!

Great feedback! Thank you for letting us know. We've just slowed the voice speed to make it a bit more clear, and we're constantly fine-tuning the workouts. If you have other feedback, please do email us at info@power20app.com.

If you want to cancel don't do it from the app, even though there is a place to do so. They know it doesn't work, you need to cancel the subscription from the play store. Customer service was trash. The workouts are nothing special, you can find better on YouTube for free that are also tailored to the point in pregnancy you are at. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 only because the workouts are fine enough, but I do not recommend this app and they are not helpful if you have questions.

We're really sorry that you've had a bad experience with customer service. we should do much better than that. April was particularly tough as we were a bit overwhelmed, but that's no excuse for poor service. We'll work hard to do better!

Tried this prenatal workout app just to see what kind of routine it had and can honestly say it's a flop no explanation for exercises and the demos they had didn't really tell you what to do and rushed from one thing to the next. They should definitely work on quality routines instead of rushing you through each exercise. An improperly done exercise does no good and can actually do harm
